If you are sure you want to delete a file from your computer permanently, you can delete it without sending to recycle bin.
This bypassing of recycle bin can be done very easily.
To delete a single file or more than one file you can simply select all those files, after select all those files just press and hold shift key and press delete key.
It will delete the selected files from your system permanently.
